1. Ahmad invited his friend , Michael to Kuala Lumpur to stay at his home on a public holiday . Michael flew from Melbourne , Australia and found that Ahmad had gone to Singapore to attend a friend's wedding . Since Michael had no where else to stay in Kuala Lumpur , he went to stay at Grand Season Hotel . Michael wants to sue Ahmad . Advise Michael .
Answer: Since there was initially no intention by both parties to create legal relations , the agreement between MIchael and Ahmad is considered as a void contract . THerefore MUchael's claim against Ahmad will not be successful .
