• Commercial and industrial occupancies having abnormal fire loads . 
• There are two types of these as follows : 
• - Where the materials handled or processed are mainly of an extra hazardous nature likely to develop rapid and intensely burning fires 
• Involving high piling of goods .
• Example : foam plastics and foam rubber factories , paint and varnish factories , wood wool and flammable liquid hazard .
